Just Another Poem

People hold love in high regard
But to find it is hard
 Everyone needs to be loved
But some are ignored
I feel like I’m one of them
However, I maybe wrong
‘Cause I still have life to live
There is a long way to go
Still have to earn money
The thing that matters the most
Still need to fulfill my dreams
Still need to make a mark in this world
Till then I will continue
With or without being loved…

An experiment

Inspired by the video “Look up", I have decided to experiment on making my smartphone a “dumbphone" and hence disconnect myself from the virtual world. The video was not my only inspiration for taking this step. It certainly helped me to make this decision faster. My other inspiration to disconnect myself from the so called online social world was the constant guilt I felt for not doing what I am supposed to do and wasting my time endlessly. Since it's inception and rise to popularity, social networking sites have successfully wasted people's millions of hours- the time they could have utilized to do something productive.
